We champion excellence and efficiency._ The APAC ICG CAO team is looking for an ICG Transformation Lead who will support the APAC ICG CAO, Global Head of ICG Transformation and Regional Head of Transformation and work in collaboration with global and regional partners in managing the implementation and oversight of the ICG Transformation in APAC to deliver our target state risk & control environment. The individual will be responsible for ensuring effective oversight, engagement and execution of the ICG transformation programs as they relate to APAC. Areas of focus will broadly include Risk & Control transformation, regulatory consent order transformation programs and regional transformation work efforts across ICG businesses, APAC locations and Global counterparts in the Risk and Controls organization. The APAC ICG Transformation Lead will ensure strong alignment with the Global ICG Transformation team, the Regional Transformation team and the ICG Lines of Businesses and related functional teams. As Transformation Lead, the individual will oversee and coordinate with Global and regional Transformation workstream leads to ensure delivery on consent order objectives in the context of the broader ICG Risk and Control transformation. The individual will partner closely with the Global and Regional ICG Risk and Control team, ICG Business CAOs and IBRCs, Regional Transformation office, Data and Technology teams, Risk, Compliance and other functional and business partners across the 3 Lines of Defense.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Ensure effective and timely execution of ICG Transformation initiatives, milestones, deliverable, and activities in the region and providing transparency to senior regional and country Citi stakeholders.
- Engagement with Global ICG Risk and Controls Transformation team and Regional Transformation teams on the enterprise-wide Risk Transformation efforts
- Participate in the design and execution of each program’s defined scope, target state, and success criteria to ensure it fully addresses expectations/requirements and underlying issues and root causes, and aligns to local regulatory requirements where appropriate
- Look across ICG programs and initiatives to identify related and interdependent elements and provide recommendations and solutions to program leads.
- Ensure the establishment and effectiveness of an appropriate APAC ICG Transformation Execution Forum to track and monitor execution of ICG engagement and execution activities and inform the Global Transformation Operating Forum and Regional Transformation Forum. Manage an information sharing and reporting routine to provide consistency and clear outputs across our initiatives, ensuring transparency of challenges, risks and issues.
- Escalate APAC ICG issues, trends and themes to senior management through existing global and regional governance forums
- Ensure our transformation execution plans are in-lock step with our partner organizations and act as a liaison with other transformation horizontals across Citi
- Uncover blockers that are impediment to progress & define mitigation plans
- Identify opportunities to remove any friction and improve collaboration within the ICG and across the wider organization.
- Oversee presentations and ad hoc analysis in preparation for governance meetings as well as with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications Include:

- Strong risk and controls experience including a proven track record of execution and results in and enhancing managing controls
- Experience with end-to-end processes
- Experience of large-scale transformation. Demonstrated experience in leading sustained change and change management efforts
- Strong executer who has the ability to get things done
- Strong ability to manage internal relationships and engage with senior management
- Outstanding interpersonal, influencing and written/verbal communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize information
- BA/BS required, MBA a plus
