**Join us as Senior Lead Product Designer in Singapore**

Key responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end product design process for the user persona, from user research, prototypes and low-fi wireframes, all the way to high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams in a three-in-a-pod model, from concept to delivery.
- Collaborate with the Design Systems team to add new components to the design system(s) and to ensure design consistency across Ascenda’s products.
- Work closely with developers to ensure successful implementation of features.
- Design and conduct user testing sessions to collect actionable feedback and use these insights to enhance your designs and add features to the product roadmap.
- Monitor and analyze user experience performance in production, identifying areas for improvement.
- Conduct competitor and industry research to guide design decisions and stay up to date with the latest design trends and product features in our competitive landscape.
- Mentor and guide other designers within your team.

**What we are looking for**:

- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in product design in the B2B SaaS industry.
- Experience in managing and mentoring designers.
- Experience in managing the entire product design process from start to finish independently, collaborating with engineers and product managers alike.
- Experience driving activation and engagement in a B2B SaaS product through the design of product-led growth strategies.
- Proficiency in both UX and UI: from user research, wireframing and user testing, to creating high-fidelity designs.
- Expertise in Figma for creating low, mid and high fidelity user journeys, as well as creating rapid and/or detailed prototypes.
- Strong portfolio showcasing outstanding user experiences.
