**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- General Housekeeping: Ensure cleanliness and tidiness throughout the co-studio premises, including the six rooms.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Customer Check-In Assistance: Greet customers warmly upon their arrival and assist them with the check-in process.
- Provide necessary instructions regarding facility usage and answer initial queries.
- Customer Check-Out and Housekeeping: Conduct thorough inspections of rooms following customers' departure.
- Clean and prepare rooms for the next occupants, replenishing amenities, and tidying up the space.
- Booking Management: Manage room bookings efficiently, maintaining an organized schedule.
- Record and address customers' requests accurately and promptly.Coordinate with other staff members to allocate rooms based on availability and customer preferences.
- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, both in-person and through other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information, offer assistance as needed, and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner.Strive to create a positive and welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Centre Maintenance : Assist in the overall maintenance and operation of the co-studio facility.
- Oversee daily activities and ensure compliance with safety and security protocols. Address any facility maintenance or operational issues that may arise.
