- Billing of daily tax invoices and sending them out to customers
- Monitoring assigned portfolio of customers' payments and preparing monthly billing reports
- Updating accounting records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balances, and customer contact information
- Issuance of receipts for customers
- Any other related accounting tasks as assigned by managers

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to do basic customer service.
- Seeking growth and looking to learn in this role.
- Meticulous with ability to handle highly confidential issues as well as communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
