Account Management Executive, Employee Benefits

Sitting within our Corporate Business division, our Employee Benefits (EB) Team takes care of Income's corporate customers, and the Renewal Team takes care of the growth, retention as well as the profitability of the portfolios of clients in the EB space.
As an Account Management Executive in our EB Renewal team, you will support a team of EB account managers and work alongside them to ensure continued partnerships with our corporate customers. You will have opportunities to gain working knowledge and progress into an account manager role.
Key responsibilities include:
**Administrative & Client Support**
- Review of completeness of documentation received for policy enrolling and work with processing team for policy issuance
- Handle EB enquiries from clients or business partners on policy matters (e.g., policy documents, premium and movement of employees or premium outstanding)
- Problem solving and ability to make reasonable judgments on issues that may arise
**Risk & Compliance**
- Check and ensure policy documentation accuracy before sending out to the intermediaries
- Ensure requirements on compliance screening are fulfilled and accurate
- Comply with all internal procedures and practices while demonstrating the ability to meet service performance and quality standards
- Maintaining the accuracy and updating of our customers policy records
**Qualifications**:
- At least obtained a Diploma or Degree holder
- Fresh graduates with an interest to work in the Insurance Industry are welcome to apply
- Good interpersonal skills to interact with clients and co-worker
- Customer-oriented with good analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to work under tight timelines and pressure
