**The Company**:
Our client, a reputable global insurance brokerage is seeking a Employee Benefits Insurance Broker to join their growing team in Singapore to enhance their business. This role with report to the Team Lead, Client Management.**Responsibilities**:

- Focus on client servicing, retention, and renewal of accounts (across SME to Jumbo Accounts)
- Analysing medical claims as well as suggesting appropriate insurance solutions to your clients
- Assisting the claims team in addition to creating and delivering employee communication plans

**Requirements**:

- A confident team player with excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in Client Management/EB broking
- University graduate ideally in addition to relevant insurance qualifications
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits products
- Excellent business acumen with the ability to manage budget and growth.
- Additional language skills in Mandarin would be advantageous.
