Marketing Research Executive

This role will be assisting project managers and senior analysts in day-to-day running business projects.

Main role is to contribute to sales growth by running analysis leveraging Japan retail panel data, consumer purchase and media panel data.

**Responsibilities**:

- Obtain background information and understanding of client's business issues together with project managers
- Build analysis plan with considering client's goals and objectives together with senior analysts
- Write proposal covering business and research objective and analysis plan together with senior analysts
- Run analysis by working closely with data processing team
- Report the result of analysis to the client on time to meet deadline
- Report the result of analysis with proper business language that clients can understand

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Statistics/Economics/Marketing/Social Science/Psychology/Engeneering
- Numerical aptitude
- Ability to work effectively
- A team player
- Negotiation skill
- Strong writing and oral communication skills
- Passion for data analysis
- Basic Japanese speaker (equivalent to “JLPT Level 3” or above) as this role need to liaise with Japanese counterpart
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, and Power Point
- Knowledge of Python, R etc will be a strong plus

Working hour: 9am-6pm
