**Roles & Responsibilities**

Role Description

This position reports to the Operations Manager on Project related work and assists the setup of the research project, manage key events, and adminstrative matters relating to monitoring.

Specific Responsibilities
- To assist with the execution of projects in general
- Work closely with the company managment and manage tasks
- Create and maintain necessary project mgmt docs (Excel, charts, schedules, follow up with the external vendor.)
- Survey methodologies and designing of project
- Manage data set and survey operations
- Organize, plan and execute within the timeline of the project. Including data management procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Able to work independently and to work within the project schedule
- 5 day/week, 10am to 630pm. (WFH arrangements will be in place)
- Good office environment and near MRT. Local SME, bond and work together.
- Training will be provided, good job to gain experience.

Competencies

1. Self-independence, work with min-supervision.

2. Engage with stakeholders and conduct internal discussion, able to plan and execute.

3. Good organization skills, meticulousness, and proficiency in excel.

4. Logic thinking

1. 1 year min

Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role under SGUnited Traineeship

Degree or Equivalent

This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non-mature)

Graduates interested in this position should possess a University Degree Qualification.

Mid-career individuals from any qualification can apply.
