**Responsibilities**:
**Operations and Maintenance of Ticketing Equipment**
- Manage a team of Engineering and Technical Officers in the hardware maintenance and operations of ticketing equipment, which comprise of ticketing machines and corresponding communications network and power infrastructure;
- Develop standard operating procedures and processes for the operational team;
- Monitor the performance of ticketing equipment, manage workaround solutions and mitigating measures to minimise transition risk that may arise from rolling out new hardware or software components or implementing new ticketing products;
- Manage the deployment of ticketing machines island-wide in line with the organisation’s business plan;
- Collaborate with business units in the development of new machines and kiosks that supports customer service delivery; and
- Participate in business process engineering and continual improvement projects and deliver technical solutions.

**Asset Management**
- Develop asset management plan in compliance with the standards under ISO 55000, applicable Codes of Practice, established technical and industry standards, design practice specifications, work instruction and O&M manuals.
- Ensure that operating assets are efficiently and effectively maintained as part of good asset management practices. Drive increased asset reliability through regular quality assurance activities; and
- Oversee inventory management, software licenses and other hardware supplies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent;
- Relevant experience in hardware designing of electro-mechanical equipment and kiosks;
- At least 3 years’ experience in managing a team;
- At least 5 years’ experience in project management;
- Effective stakeholder and vendor management skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good communication skills and able to work independently in a customer-oriented environment; and
- Proficiency in ISO55000 and ISO31000 is advantageous.
