**Job Title: Brand & Business Ops Executive (Full-Time)**

Jaedals is not your average footwear brand — we’re a socially conscious, stylish trekky sandal label that’s rewriting the rules of fashion and function. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone sharp, proactive, and hungry to learn — someone who doesn’t just want a job, but wants to grow into a key figure within the brand.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
This is not a desk-bound job. You’ll be learning the ropes of running a fashion brand from the ground up, side-by-side with our Founder & Director. If you're excited to get your hands dirty, take ownership, and immerse yourself in every part of the brand, read on:
**You will work directly with the Director on**:

- **Brand Marketing**:Assist in campaigns, newsletters, photoshoots, and content strategy
- **Retail Operations**:Support daily retail tasks, visual merchandising, and customer experience
- **E-Commerce**:Ensure Shopify store is updated and functioning smoothly
- **Customer Service & Sales**:Engage with customers both online and in-store
- **Business Development**:Be part of growing Jaedals locally and regionally
- **Operations & Inventory Management**:Monitor stock levels, manage product flow, and coordinate with manufacturers
- **Production Planning**:Help oversee timelines, sampling, and vendor management

You will also get to **learn and master tools**like:

- **Shopify**(e-commerce)
- **Canva**(design and visuals)
- **CapCut**(social media content creation)

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Fresh graduate (Poly or Uni) in marketing, business, fashion, or related field
- Proactive, self-motivated, and reliable
- Eager to learn across different areas — no task is too small or too big
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
- Loves fashion, retail, and believes in growing a brand with purpose
- Has strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
