About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and elevate our brand presence.

This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic planning, and execution to enhance brand visibility, engage with our target audience, and drive sales growth.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, have a keen understanding of the footwear or fashion industry, and possess a proven track record in delivering effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Management: Develop, implement, and execute strategies to strengthen brand identity and market positioning.
  • Public Relations: Develop and manage all PR activities to enhance the brand's public image.
  • Social Media Presence: Lead the development and execution of social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand messages and drive sales.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team, fostering a creative, collaborative, and results-driven work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on brand management, PR, and social media.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns and events.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, analytics tools, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
