As our Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in shaping the public perception of our venues and experiences. You'll be responsible for planning and executing campaigns that connect with our target audience-young, urban, trend-conscious customers-and drive revenue growth. You would report directly to the Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital, social media, and offline channels
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, venue launches, events, and influencer collaborations
  • Create content and oversee creatives that align with brand identity
  • Work closely with operations, events, and design teams to ensure consistent branding
  • Manage social media calendars, performance analytics, and engagement metrics
  • Coordinate PR, partnerships, and media outreach
  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of marketing experience (preferably in F&B, nightlife, or lifestyle brands) or Fresh graduates in the relevant fields are welcomed to apply.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, trends, and platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok, IG, SEO, email marketing)
  • Exceptional communication, content writing, and project management skills
  • Passion for nightlife, music, culture, and social scenes
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed
  • Creative thinker with a performance-driven mindset
