**Yamal Trade Pte Ltd **, a subsidiary of Yamal LNG Joint Venture, is a company incorporated in Singapore which business is linked to Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) produced in Yamal Peninsula (Russia).

Yamal Trade (YT) is looking for an LNG Vessel Operation Executive to join its Shipping Team. Yamal Trade is holding long term Time Charters to service its pioneering Arctic LNG project. The chartered fleet is composed of a total of 26 LNG carriers and 2 condensate tankers. The position is based in Singapore.

**Job Description:
The appointee is to assist and support the Head of Vessels Operations in the following:

- Provide detailed voyage instructions to vessels.
- Pre-voyage: plan each voyage for in-charge vessels to ensure it will be carried out as per Company’s contractual commitment, so as to safeguard company’s commercial interests.
- During voyage: Monitor vessels’ performance (consumption/speed, cargo conditions etc). Ensure timely issuance of documents such as Bill of Lading and Letter of Indemnities, surveyor reports etc. Anticipate and contribute suggestions for schedule optimization, as needed.
- Post-voyage: Determine if any claim will arise such as demurrage, off-specs issues, additional consumption etc.
- Work closely with ship managers/owners to ensure vessels are running as efficiently as possible, with have mínimal downtime.
- Liaise with various counter-parties including but not limited to buyers, vessel crews, port agents, bunker suppliers, surveyors etc.
- Provide support to other departments as required.

**Requirements**:

- Exposure to LNG/Oil industry preferred.
- Good English written & communication skills.
- Good time management and able to prioritize tasks.
- Able to work independently and as a team member.
- Able to work outside office hours if necessary.
- Positive attitude in a rapidly changing environment.
