This role will report to the Senior Director, SBF Business Institute. The primary responsibility involves creating and promoting various workshops for SBF members while meeting the sales target. This entails managing daily administration of programmes and establishing close partnerships with trainers. You will identify new trainers who can cover emerging topics and key trends to enhance workshop participation.

Additionally, the role requires consistent efforts in sourcing participants through marketing initiatives and maintaining effective communication with companies to encourage attendance at SBF workshops.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage full spectrum of operations and logistics of own workshops/programmes. These workshops can be in the form of face-to-face classes at SBF premises, in-house training at the companies’ premises or virtual learning sessions.
- Source new topics for the purpose of current/new trends. Communicating with existing trainers, sourcing new trainers via market research and working with external parties or partners.
- Day-to-day administration work such as maintaining of participants list, budgeting, monitoring payments made to trainers and vendors, chasing outstanding payments, following up on government funding claims etc. This includes being the point of contact for processing invoices and claims for SBI.

**Job Requirements**
- A background in business, with at least 1 year of working experience in the training industry
- Some Knowledge of marketing for business
- Knowledge of curriculum development and instructional design will be an added advantage
- Possess creative thinking skills and is goal-oriented
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines within a short timeframe
- Ability to understand thought processes and ideas to streamline and ease current work operations
- Experience with client service/s management
- Strong teamwork with a collaborative and positive mindset
