This is a supportive role for Marcomms APAC tactical activities that covers offline / online Sartorius events, exhibitions, as well as executing tasks that involves liaising with 3rd party vendors to create marketing materials/ collaterals, with consultation and taking directions from Sartorius Marcomms Team.

The Marketing Communications Coordinator will act as strong partner / consultants for Marcomms Team by implementing holistic communication plans in close cooperation with the respective channel expert (E.g., appointed agencies, 3rd party vendors and event organizers). The holder of this position will work closely with regional Marcomms Team and report on a regular basis on the relevant progress and managing events co-ordination, 3rd party vendor payments as well as data entry.

The role will act as an essential link between Marcomms, Sales, suppliers to ensure a coordinated focus and consistent implementation of the marketing tactical execution, to bring about reportable leads from these activities.

**Main Responsibilities & Tasks**:

- Report & share the results of marketing communications activities subsequent marketing initiatives with relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate Events, responsible for **overseeing particular tasks related to the event planning process**. The responsibilities include meeting with vendors at the venue to help with set-up, collecting (pre-agreed upon) supplies and decorations, and working with staff to ensure the completion of a successful event and being at exhibition site on event days.
- Support Marcomms team to execute online events under guidance
- Manage marketing collaterals (ie : Translation or video assets) from 3rd party vendors and ensuring housekeeping within internal systems
- Be the local support in the event of video recording or interviews organised by Marcomms team and to coordinate the required with 3rd party suppl

**Qualification & Skills**:

- Self-starter and meticulous
- 3+ years proven experience in administration of offline marketing events or activities. Previous working experience in event organization and marcomms support is a plus
- Excellent written communications capability is a plus
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office programs, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent multi-task organization skills
- Good communication skills, team player, target oriented and self-motivated
- Fluent in English
- Happy and Positive with an interest to learn about marketing deployment
