Our client is Zoom: an enterprise video communications provider. The company offers a cloud platform for chat, audio and video conferencing, and webinars across desktop, mobile and room systems.

At Zoom, we help a variety of customers and partners bring modern communications solutions to their organizations. The Zoom Executive Briefing Program provides our customers and partners with the opportunity to see these innovations and connect and engage with Zoom thought leaders and industry experts.

The Executive Briefing Program Demonstration Specialist is a trusted technical advisor who provides on-site product demonstrations and custom demos for APJ customers and partners at the Singapore Experience Hub (EBC).

This role is a part of the Global Executive Briefing Team, and you will leverage your technical solution knowledge to showcase the Zoom platform to our Enterprise customers and partners, including the upkeep and maintenance of the EBC demo content library and equipment hardware.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Demo presenter for on-site and virtual demo sessions for the Executive Briefing Program
- Maintain and improve demo solutions in collaboration with engineering, product, and cross-functional partners
- Use a broad range of technical and soft skills to build productive relationships with stakeholders when required
- Independently resolve complex technical issues and maintenance of demo hardware, including hardware equipment set up prior to each demo

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**

- 5+ years of technical experience in Collaboration technologies
- 5+ years in a product/solutions marketing team or customer-facing technical role required
- Experience within the UCaaS industry preferred
- Comfortable with demonstrating in front of a live camera production environment
- Demonstrates energy and enthusiasm
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English
- Good time problem-solving and time management skills and comfortable with managing multiple projects at the same time
- Ability to adapt, open to learning new things, and work in fast-paced and changing environments
