**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Member Booking & Support**
- Manage member bookings for residences, dining, events, and concierge services.
- Ensure booking systems and calendars are updated accurately.
- Respond promptly to member inquiries and coordinate with teams to fulfil requests.
- Track and record member preferences for a personalised experience.

**Operational Administration**
- Handle day-to-day paperwork, filing, and record-keeping for operations.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense tracking.
- Assist with procurement and inventory administration.
- Prepare operational reports, schedules, and checklists.

**Coordination & Communication**
- Act as a central point of coordination across residences, F&B, concierge, and events.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and external service providers for bookings and operational needs.
- Support management with presentations, documentation, and operational updates.
- Follow up on tasks and ensure deadlines are met.

**Event & Activity Support**
- Assist in planning and coordination of PAVO events and member activities.
- Support logistics, manpower scheduling, and vendor arrangements.
- Provide on-site administrative and coordination support during events when required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in administration, bookings, or operations support (hospitality/lifestyle/club preferred).
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable handling bookings, paperwork, and coordination tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, discreet, and service-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; booking or CRM software knowledge is an advantage.
- Flexible to support evenings/weekends when events or operational needs arise.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
