3Trunks.net is a VoIP operator based in Singapore. We provide Call Center routes to customers and other companies. We’re looking for a Wholesale Voice Manager.

As a Wholesale Voice Manager, you will be responsible for managing our wholesale voice services. This includes negotiating and managing contracts with voice carriers, ensuring the quality of service, and maximizing revenue through effective pricing and marketing strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Negotiate and manage contracts with voice carriers to ensure cost-effective and reliable service delivery to clients.
- Manage and optimize the voice network to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients. This may involve monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements.
- Developing and executing pricing and marketing strategies to maximize revenue from wholesale voice services. This may involve analyzing market trends, developing competitive pricing models, and creating effective marketing campaigns.
- Providing regular reporting and analysis on wholesale voice performance and market trends to inform business decisions and strategy.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging voice technologies and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, voice carriers, and industry associations.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in wholesale voice sales or account management.

3. Strong commercial sense and experience in building business cases and pricing strategies.

4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing accounts.

5. Comfortable communicating with C-level individuals and building relationships with clients.

6. Strong professional network in the telecommunications industry.

7. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills

8. Wide knowledge of voice technologies such as SIP, VoIP, and TDM

9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

10. Willingness to travel as needed.

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- 5 years of (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
