Carrie Academy is looking for a passionate Content Marketer to join our team and help bring our brand’s story to life. If you have a keen interest in beauty and makeup, a flair for creative storytelling, and a drive to grow in digital marketing, we’d love to hear from you This role is ideal for someone with entry-level experience who is eager to expand their skills across content creation, social media management, and campaign planning.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, write, and edit engaging content for social media and website, focused on beauty trends, makeup tips, and course highlights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and execute content strategies that resonate with our target audience.
- Assist in managing and growing our social media channels, creating posts that showcase our brand identity and community spirit.
- Support the creation of visual assets, working with designers or using basic design tools to create eye-catching visuals.
- Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
- Research and stay updated on beauty industry trends and emerging makeup techniques to keep our content relevant and appealing.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a way that strengthens our brand voice and builds customer loyalty.
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management (internships or freelance work welcome).
- Strong writing and communication skills with a flair for creating content in the beauty and lifestyle space.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and basic understanding of content planning tools.
- Interest in beauty, makeup, and K-pop trends, with a desire to stay updated on industry developments.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Spark is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
