**About This Role**

We’re looking for a **Product Designer** to join our **Product** team, to make complex business tasks intuitive and manageable for our Glints recruiters, and help productize the recruiter workflow.

In this role, you will design best-in-class user experiences for our Glints recruiters and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, product managers, and user researchers.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Design best-in-class user experiences, participating in all phases of design from definition to development and optimization.
- Partner with product managers and user researchers to help the team develop empathy for our recruiters and advocate for their needs.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to build and ship human-centered design solutions.
- Communicate regularly with the product team and stakeholders in written, verbal, and visual forms to create alignment and move the work towards implementation.
- Conduct various UX initiatives including running design sprints to define and explore recruiters’ needs and pain points, conducting UX audits, and leading stakeholder reviews.

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- A deep understanding of the end-to-end iterative design process which includes conducting guerrilla user research, wireframing, user testing, low and high-fidelity prototyping.
- An eagerness to understand our Glints recruiters and identify their needs, defining clear solutions, and delivering those through detailed design.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English.- Proficiency with current industry design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Useberry, etc.
- A familiarity with development and deployment tools.
