Revenue Integrity Analyst

He/She will be responsible for handling the air-waybill control, customer-billing dispute within the functional requirement of AF/KL group. Optimize, secure the Revenue Integrity process and identify recurring billing issues to improve the invoice quality and minimize revenue leakage.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assure timely and quality completeness AWBs sales reporting including all corrections
- Secure overall Revenue Integrity process in AFLS and Traffic matches Sale records
- Analyze errors and patterns of discrepancies
- Signal trend and suggestion for corrective action
- Handling customer disputes and resolve any billing issue in Casslink
- Handle Rate ChangeTool adjustments from the commercial team in AFLS.
- Proactive communication with the commercial teams and the hubs teams (Financial Shared Service Center, WNS, and AFLS Competence Center)
- Act as the knowledge center for the area teams for Sales reporting and invoicing

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Able to perform all tasks with great accuracy and accountability
- Drive, commitment, and good on follow up skills
- Ability to work under pressure in an evolving environment
- Experience in a commercial and logistics environment, Air Cargo. AWB content is an advantage
- Microsoft Office knowledge is required specifically with a strong emphasis on MS Excel and good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS access preferred
- Knowledge of SAP is preferred
