**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Recruit, train and coach team members
- Set and communicate job expectations
- Analyze and improve organizational process and workflow, employee and space requirements, and equipment layout
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
- Coordinate and work with business partner for alignment of work flow, volume target, distribution, OOS, Cycle Activities and New Product Launches and meeting the required KPIs as put forward by Principal.
- Oversee the daily Sales & Operations work flow such as resource deployment, conduct briefing and cascade ad-hoc activities as specified by Principal, tracking and updating sales vs target achievement
- Take corrective and preventive actions as appropriate to ensure the smooth flow for Sales and Operations daily activities
- Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 5-6 years experience in the FMCG sector
- Three + years in a Managerial position with increasing responsibility
- Strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with databases and sales software
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Access and Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to work well in groups
- Ability to multitask
