**Key Responsibilities**:

- You will be part of the Singapore Payroll & Implementation team, reporting to Payroll and Implementation Supervisor.
- Perform multiple implementations -coordinating with clients in different time zones.
- Involved in Project management and successful implementation of new Singapore clients independently within the stipulated timeline.
- Partner with the Implementation Team; Project Manager, Implementation and Treasury consultant and ensure existing payrolls are migrated and implemented onto the local payroll engine and CloudPay platform.
- Providing customer support to new customers on Cloudpay platform.
- Establish, update and maintain payroll records and analyse payroll related information to ensure accurate payroll in line with Singapore legislation.
- Advise and assist client on the necessary steps on the statutory transition (Corp Pass, etc)
- Supporting internally to the Payroll and Sales teams on technical questions.
- Prepare and submit statutory reporting to the relevant government agencies. (CPF, IRAS)
- Share with clients on the payroll best practices and align to Cloudpay in-house engine set up.
- Ensure successful knowledge transfers are completed between Project Delivery and Payroll Operations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Finance/ Accounting/ Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of end-to-end Singapore payroll processing.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Singapore payroll implementation would be a benefit.
- Good written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong user knowledge of Excel (Pivot, validation) and Word.
- Good understanding on the whole payroll cycle as processing and statutory requirements such as CPF and IRAS Year End reporting.
- Able to work on rotation basis on projects which require off office hours due to time zone differences for clients who may base in EMEA / US.
- Client focused and customer sensitive service behavior.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, and work independently with limited supervision.
- To be a team player with ability to share information and interact positively with others.
