- **Responsibilities**:
- To fulfill this role will:
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base
- Be responsible for planning and executing hunting plans, strategies to expand client base and perform sales/business activities in the assigned area.
- Generate interest to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities through alternate channels or business ideas to generate more sales with the team.
- Work with internal teams to develop proposals, conduct client presentations and oversee the smooth execution of bid and successful delivery of engagements.
- Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
- Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them
- Oversee the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes
- Taking ownership of the business by working with the internal team to generate and enhance service offerings based on clients need.
- Kept abreast on the industry and competitors’ trend to develop a unique value proposition of our service offerings.
- Ensure that his/her team members adhere to the Bid Management Process
- Ensure that his/her team members maintain accurate Pipeline
- Requirements- Possess Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 years of Direct Sales experience
- Proven hunting track record in generating pipeline and closing deals.
- Strong understanding of sales process and managing complex deals will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, possesses strong interpersonal skills and keen entrepreneurial mind set. Ability to work individually in the assigned country with remote support.
- Strong presentation, negotiation skills and project management abilities.
- Possess a strong understanding and network in the assigned territories.
- Demonstrate strong relationships with customer decision makers and key management levels.
- Becomes trusted advisor to key customer influencers and decision makers.
- Preferred Skills /Qualities- Highly social team player who enjoys working with and collaborating across functional groups.
- Ability to articulate technology/cybersecurity related products and services and articulate value proposition to key stakeholders.
- Self-driven, possesses strong interpersonal skills and keen can-do mindset.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, problem-solving ability and a believer in disrupting one-self to continuous improvement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
