E-commerce Executive

**Position: Ecommerce Executive/ Senior Executive**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of ecommerce platforms and marketplaces: You will be responsible for managing and optimizing product listings, pricing, inventory, and order fulfilment on ecommerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, qoo10, Zalora, TikTok and Amazon.
- Suggest novel campaign strategies and identify targeting opportunities, such as live events, CPAS or in-app advertisements, that are tailored specifically for marketplaces.
- Developing and implementing ecommerce strategies: You will be responsible for developing and executing ecommerce strategies that drive sales, increase revenue, and improve customer engagement.
- Conducting market research and analysis: You will need to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and optimize performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams: You will work closely with product development, marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Monitoring and analysing data: You will be responsible for analysing data to identify trends, track performance, and make data-driven decisions that improve ecommerce/marketplace performances.
- Managing vendors and partners: You will work with vendors and partners to negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- You will be responsible for leading a team of ecommerce and marketplace specialists and providing support to ensure their success.
- Ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements: You will be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations related to ecommerce and marketplace operations.

**Job Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred, although relevant experience may also be considered.
- Strong proficiency in e-commerce platforms and marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Zalora, TikTok and Amazon. Familiarity with web analytics tools, digital marketing tools, and product data management systems is also desirable.
- The ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize ecommerce performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team of ecommerce and marketplace specialists to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- The ability to think strategically to develop and execute ecommerce strategies that align with company objectives.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- A strong attention to detail and accuracy is crucial in managing product listings, inventory, and order fulfilment.
- The ability to adapt quickly to changing business requirements and evolving industry trends is also essential in this role.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience, basic salary starts from $3200.
