E-commerce Executive

This role will process end-to-end orders, picking and packing, and managing of 3PL, in-house fleet operations. Make use of collected data to analyze and improve delivery efficiency. An efficient logistic team and its practice are crucial in providing an excellent customer experience when shopping with us.
**Job Scope**:
- Process online marketplace orders and logistics arrangements.
- Preparing order processing documentation. (Quotations, Orders, invoice, DO)
- Liaise with other departments (E-com team, Outlets, Distributors and Warehouse team)
- Manage 3PL and in-house delivery operations.
- Manage and maintain inventory records
- Maintain up-to-date customer records to track the status of orders and deliveries.
- Analyse the data and suggest improvements to continuously improve supply chain efficiency or sustainability to deliver the best customer experience offline and online.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bilingual in both English & Mandarin to converse with customers and departments.
- Min 1 year of related work experience. (Warehouse Admin, Storeman an added advantage)
- Team player, diligent, analytical and possesses good problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
- 5.5 days work week
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
