Job Description Summary: PayPal is seeking an experienced, driven, and ambitious sales leader for our Middle East and Africa markets
**Job Description**:
**Business Acumen and Strategy**
- Define and implement the business strategy to drive and maximize growth within Middle East & Africa and establish the company as the leading payment solution provider in the cross-border payment space.
- Identify new business growth opportunities and clearly articulate the benefits which can be driven
**People Leadership**
- Building a high-performance sales team capable of delivering and exceeding targets on an ongoing basis
- Leading and motivating a team of senior managers with diverse backgrounds, as well as knowing how to attract, recognize, and reward outstanding people.
**Prospecting & Pipeline Management**
- Managing sales pipeline and driving discipline around prospecting and onboarding new customers, as well as relationship-based growth of existing portfolio
- Ability to “lean-in” with key internal stakeholders to accelerate deals in the pipeline
- Coordinating with counterparts globally to contribute to international initiatives and sharing best practices.
**Merchant Orientation & Relationship Management**
- Drive “operational excellence” by leveraging regional infrastructure to maximize efficiency and synergy of the organizations
**Communicating**
- Representing the company both internally and externally to communicate key business objectives, build partnerships and seek resources.
