We are the GSA for Saudia Airlines in Singapore and we are looking for someone who can step in while one of our teammates is off to have a baby
This role will be 6-8months long.
Your main duties will be:
- Basic Administrative and Secretarial duties, but not limited to calender management, answering phone calls and transferring to the appropriate persons, E-mail screening, typing, sorting, filing, E-mail drafting preparations and minute-writing for meetings
- Performing basic duties of a personal assistant to the CEO & Managing Director
- Data entries for reports if instructed
- Office errands when necessary
- Preparation of any office memos when instructed, and proceed to filing after acknowledgment by all employees
- Ensuring day-to day admin related matters are in order such as ordering of stationeries
- Attending to guests
Your skills must include
- Computer literate
- Fluent in English
- Customer Service skills
