Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact and build towards a long-term relationship with clients
- Leads client relationship management building relevance and trust while ensuring an extreme focus on client initiatives and GP’s successful execution of client projects.
- Partner across internal segments and practices to achieve the highest level of value per account.
- Be pro-active in seeking opportunities to both manage and exceed client expectations in order to create a meaningful experience
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
- Be efficient in Project Management of day-to-day requirements and programmes
- Liaise between the client and internal teams to ensure seamless operations
- Direct GP Strategies activities for project scoping, including clarification of project needs, defining requirements, assumptions, risk, cost (hours) and schedule.
- Manage scope and project budget, proactively mitigating risk and/or potential budget overages, and communicate amendments to scope, project status, and issue resolution.
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Seek opportunities to improve and enhance the reputation and standing of GP and the regional team
- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce GP Strategies policies and procedures
- All other relevant account duties as assigned
Essential Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience in business-to-business key account management
- Experience in key account growth/business development a must
- Experience working with or within the learning & development, HR, consulting or digital learning space is preferred
- Knowledge of Project management is a bonus
- Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- Excellent communications skill
- To be meticulous
