**Job Summary***:Investor Relations / Capital Markets**

Based in Singaoire, the role reports to the COO and Head of Capital Market, you will be involved with strategy, planning, development, and execution of all investor relations initiatives of the firm’s private funds, joint venture, advisory.
- Actively originate, develop, and maintain relationships with current and prospective investors, with the clear objective to raise new capital.
- Communicate and manage relationships with existing and prospective investors through regular investor updates and responding to investors’ queries.
- Develop and continuously update a high-quality suite of marketing materials including pitch decks, PPMs, etc. for investors in partnership with investment team.
- Participate in meetings with senior investment professionals and investors.
- Organize and participate in investor due diligence sessions and take responsibility for responding to investor DDQ and RFPs in partnership with investment team.
- Author and distribute investor correspondence on fund performance and periodic investor updates of the firm and its investments.
- Coordinate and oversee management of client communications.
- Liaise with external fund manager in the onboarding of fund investors.
- Work with fund administrator and finance team to develop high quality investor reporting materials, including quarterly reports, investor letters etc.
- Attend to ad-hoc investor queries, updates, and requests.
- Manage the firm’s _online presence, including website, business-oriented social media,_ etc.
- Work with senior management on new product development to ensure all product offerings (funds, etc.) are aligned with best practices and address market appetite.
- Assess and research market opportunities for product gaps and positioning of new products.
- Lead client onboarding function and process investor subscriptions by working closely with fund administrator, legal and compliance teams internally and externally.

**Desired Skills & Experience**:

- University degree in Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 5-10 years of fundraising and client service experience, ideally at an investment/asset management firm.
- Track record of successful fund fundraising with strong institutional relationship and network.
- Knowledge of Japan real estate investments is preferred.
- Experience of open-end funds is a plus.
- Strong inter-personal and team-working skills and confidence to clarify ideas to counterparts and investors.
- Demonstrated ability to harvest information from financial models, financial statements, legal documents, and investment team members.
- Proactive approach with attention to quality and detail of work product.
- High level of professionalism, work ethic, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
