**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct research, source, and qualify potential investors. Work closely with the team to plan and execute investor engagement strategies.
- To develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, including regular communication and reporting on portfolio performance.
- To assist fundraising process such as due-diligence questionnaires, road shows, marketing deck preparation, manage the reporting of the fund’s progress to investors and manage the investor inquires.
- To align between investment strategy and investor needs with the team.
- Organise investor events, such as annual meetings and investor conferences.
- Manage any ad hoc assignments.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics or related field.
- At least 5 years of Investor Relations/ Business Development/ Fundraising experience in Private Equity/ Asset Management industry.
- Good track record in managing relationship with institutional investors.
- Strong understanding for PE/VC investment process and market competitive landscape.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
