The Services required are set out as follows: Consultation & Market Research
- Provide technical advice and sourcing of purchase of computer 2-2 hardware, software and accessories
- Other tasks include proactively scanning the market for technology trends and new technology tools that support Teaching and Learning and, educate and update school staff.
- Work with ICT Heads on gather the ICT needs of the school and propose solutions that meet the requirements of the school including technical specifications and market pricing of these solutions.

System Support
- Schedule and comply to a structured routine to tracking day-to-day IT operations including backup, system security, technical troubleshooting of IT systems/resources & software
- Assist ICT Mgr to relay circulars from MOE HQ for dissemination and coordination of ICT project related matters for schools.
- Raise any issues, concerns and feedback that they receive from schools on ITB initiated projects so that prompt and effective actions could be taken by ITB to address these concerns and problems early Support for T&L
- Support all school events, programmes and activities which require IT services, i.e. photo taking, technical dry runs in the hall, internal and external conferences, setting up of devices and tech support prior to staff meetings.

Inventory Management
- Manage and execute maintenance of IT/AVA resources & system in the hall, classrooms, meeting rooms etc.
- Responsible for IT inventory stocks, condemnation of equipment & liaising with vendors for purchase & repairs Staff Training
- Conduct ICT training during and outside curriculum time for both teachers and students.

Training for Students
- Conduct identified training for students (e.g. AV training for AV monitors). Leading a Team
- Assist ICT Mgr in working with the school SSOE Desktop Engineers (DEs), as well as work with other 3rd party / in-house ICT Trainer and any other ICT support staff in the school. Oversee ICT Mgr duties during his/her absence.

Project Management
- Manage projects/tasks assigned by ICT Heads or Manager (e.g. creating publicity materials). 2-3
- Plan, evaluate & implement IT related projects (e.g. IT Enrichment Training, IT Camps, Training for CCA, AVA training for AV / IT monitors and staff.)

Knowledge Management
- Responsible for creating and maintaining a system for archiving school digital information (i.e. Data management)

Other Duties
- Take, edit photos and create videos during important school activities / functions.
- To move IT equipment and logistics and set-up at required locations (e.g. pushing mobile carts containing laptops and iPads from one location to another)
- Perform any other duties assigned by Principal / VP / Level Head (ICT) & ICT Manager

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $2,600.00 per month
