Role Description

We are looking for Administrative and Accounts Executives to help us grow our team and company.

As an Administrative and Accounts Executive, you’ll be rewarded with an experience being a key part of the company. You will be working closely with the Founder. You will aid the Founder/Director. You will be trained to operate at your highest efficiency.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- **To provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the company and Founder/Director**:

- **Responsible for processing service reports, invoices, billing and basic bookkeeping**:

- **Finding, scouting, and identifying properties for our buyers**:

- **Coordinate viewings for clients and Touch base through calls + WhatsApp**:

- **Manage accounts with Founder/Director**:

- **Any other ad-hoc assignments requested by Founder/Director**
**Requirements**:

- **Diploma with at least 2-3 years of experience**:

- **Preferably some years of working experience in the property field.**:

- **Meticulous and Detail-oriented, Systematic, Organized and Flexible person.**:

- **Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment**:

- **Able to work independently as well as a good team player.**:

- **Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- **Proficient in Google Workspace Applications**:

- **Able to start immediately or within a short notice period**:

- **There will be learning opportunities provided.**

**Additional Details**
- 5 day work week
- Salary: $2,300 per month

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,400.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)
**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
