Look no further Brainlabs, the world's leading independent digital-first media agency, is seeking a Paid Media Manager to join our team. With a minimum of 3 years' experience in paid search and either paid social or programmatic display, you will have the opportunity to own the outcome for all aspects of clients' paid media campaigns, including initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimisation, analysis, and reporting.

As a Brainlabber, you will be measured on client satisfaction scores and will lead on 3-6 accounts. You will be accountable for the integrated planning, forecasting, implementation, optimisation and reporting for client paid media activity across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Yahoo, Baidu, TikTok, Snapchat and other platforms, in multiple APAC markets.
**Requirements**:
We are looking for someone who is a data-enabled, test and learn approach to setup and carry out testing and conduct actionable analyses to drive awesome results for clients. You will also be responsible for ensuring accurate, high-quality audience and keyword targeting, and ad copywriting for search and social. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to process and standards for QA and Brainlabs' best practice.
As a leader at Brainlabs, you will model strong leadership including alignment to company priorities and philosophies, effective stress and emotion self-management, as well as a positive and patient demeanour with the team. You will mentor to team members working on assigned clients providing training and shadowing opportunities and participating in new hire training programs.
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 3-years hands-on experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns agency or client-side, and a minimum of 6 months client-facing experience. It is also desirable for you to have previous agency experience and previous programmatic display experience.
