Responsible to support internal users of PTP (which includes SAP SRM and SAP EEC). The role is critical in providing high levels of customer satisfaction to both internal employees and suppliers. The role must ensure all SRM requestors and LKUs are supported effectively in their utilisation of SAP. The SRM Co-ordinator works closely with PSM and acts as the interface between requestors in the business and PSM.
**Responsibility**:
- In depth understanding of all aspects of PTP SAP SRM and ECC. Expert in the use of PTP processes, from raising shopping carts to submitting for purchasing, financial and budgetary approval.
- Identify, develop, and implement improved requisitioning practices to ensure shopping carts raised by requestors are right first time
- Training/Guiding of shopping cart requesters and end-users on SC/PO issuing.
- Training/Guiding of shopping cart requesters and end-users on GR process.
- Training/Guiding of shopping cart requesters and end-users on Payment Process
- PO/GR/IR discrepancies. Coordinate work with Requestors, End Users, AP accountants, Warehouse and BPO
- Vendor Master Maintenance
- Main contact for releasing payment for all Down payment ZDPR POs
- Blocked invoices. Coordinate work with Requesters, End Users, AP accountants, Warehouse and BPO. Investigate and aid in the resolution of invoice issues related to PO purchases
- Coordinate Vendor's Accounts Receivable with internal PTP owners regarding blocked payment/PO issues.
- Main Contact for Finance's PO closure exercise and work with Site's Requesters and Business Owners.
- Main Requestor contact for internal stakeholders from BPO's queries
- Maintain the required level of compliance and on-the-job training
- Working closely with Requestors and PSM, make bi-annual recommendations on process improvements and enhancements:
- Opportunity for PO reduction / consolidation
- Improved shopping cart quality
- Decreased blocked invoices and GR/IR activity
- Review and resolve all enquiries in a timely manner (24hours).
- Demonstrates knowledge of external guidelines (e.g., FDA, Customs, TSCA, USDA, PhRMA) to ensure compliance.
- Meet regularly with PSM, internal customers and support functions to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- Ability to perform in a multi-task environment without supervision.
- Seek, develop, and maintain business relationships with internal stakeholders
- Any other task as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
**Requirements**:
- High school degree or equivalent years of experience
- A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in a SAP function or supply chain, preferably in Pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with SAP (SRM & ECC) and vendor management tools preferred, but not required
- Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal skills enabling effective communication with all levels of management
- Individual must be self-motivated with great follow-up skills and be able to work independently
- Strong organizational skills required to coordinate and manage multiple cross divisional work process and projects
- Proficient Written and Oral Local Language Skills
