The Opportunity:
- To enhance role of HSE Executive & SRM-Shipyard Repair Manager for ensuring safety compliance by dedicated workforces including seafarers.- Able to lead, coordinate, manage & proactively participate activities relate to vessels & jetty operations.- Maintain constant communication with ship owners on all aspects of repair work, modifications, and conversions.- Manage & issuance of PTW-Permit to Work include ensuring processes are in compliance with authorities’ & WSH guide.- Organize/conduct/attend VSCC-Vessel Safety Coord Committee Meeting deem mandatory including managing of operational services for meeting allocated timeline & schedule.- Able to generate, conduct, review RA-risks assessment, SWP-Safe Work Procedure and/or Work Safety & Health related activities.

What you will need to succeed:
- Must qualify with Manage Workplace Safey & Health in Shipbuilding & Ship Repair (as mandatory) with knowledge & experience on Ship Repair. Activities including manage contractors/vendors’ work qualities.- Able to work during Public Holiday, weekend and/or irregular hour (if require) serves as an advantage.- To remain safe conscious, operationally orientated & able to produce general reporting on operational activities- Remain resourceful with good communication & interpersonal skills include extending of assistance to subordinates/leader.- Remain committed with proactive mindset & readiness to undertake secondary roles.- Availability of WAH (Work-at-Height), Confine Space and/or Hot Work Assessor certificate(s) serves as advantage.
