- Implement, configure, oversee, and sustain virtualized infrastructure.
- Proficient in virtualization technologies such as VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Manage storage solutions from diverse providers including HDS (Hitachi Data System), HPE, Dell, EMC, Lenovo, and IBM.
- Possess preferable experience and knowledge in Linux systems.
- Generate comprehensive documentation, conduct root cause analyses, promptly identify patterns, and propose viable solutions.
- Address and resolve issues related to networks, hardware, and software through systematic troubleshooting.
- Act as a principal support and maintenance point of contact for customers.
- Execute necessary maintenance during off-peak hours and contribute to 24x7 operational support.

**Job Requirement**:

- Diploma in computer science, information technology, computer programming, or similar. VMWare Certified Professional (VCP) preferred
- 2+ year’s experiences in virtualization technology
- Knowledge of server systems, storage systems, virtualization technologies and networking
- Knowledge of data centre route/switch technology, backup/recovery in a virtual environment
- Understanding of active directory architecture, DNS administration
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong coordination and project skills
- Strong customer experience mindset, listening, understanding and responding to customer needs
- Assess and evaluate current virtual computing infrastructure, and provide recommendations for enhancements
