工作职责:
Job responsibilities:
1、开发新加坡牙科诊所、医院, 完成公司制定的年度销售目标;
Development of dental clinics and hospitals in Singapore, to complete the annual sales targets set by the company;
2、组织举办新加坡区域的Smartee学术培训、会议,进行品牌技术宣教;
Organize and hold Smartee academic training and conferences in Singapore region, and conduct brand technology evangelism;
3、与新加坡KOL医生建立良好关系,并达成合作 ;
Establish a good relationship with Singapore KOL doctors and reach cooperation;
4、 对所辖团队进行KPI考核,提升销售工作效率,推动销售目标达成;
KPI assessment of the team under the jurisdiction of the KPI, improve sales efficiency, and promote sales targets;
5、搜集整理竞争对手销售和市场策略信息,及时调整销售政策;
Collect and organize competitors' sales and marketing strategy information, timely adjustment of sales policy;
6、深入了解新加坡医生需求和建议,促进公司不断优化产品和服务;
In-depth understanding of the needs and recommendations of Singapore doctors, to promote the company's continuous optimization of products and services;
7、上级安排的其它工作任务。
Other work tasks arranged by superiors.

任职要求:
Posting Requirements:
1、本科及以上学历,较强的英语和中文书面和口头沟通能力 ;
Bachelor degree or above, strong written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese ;
2、1年以上外贸工作经验,多语种能力优先;
More than 1 year of foreign trade work experience, multilingual ability is preferred;
3、具有良好的沟通协调能力和执行力,积极主动、责任心强;
Has good communication and coordination skills and execution, proactive, strong sense of responsibility;
4、拥有良好的团队合作精神和职业道德素养,对企业忠诚度高。
Have a good teamwork spirit and professional ethics quality, high loyalty to the enterprise.
