As a HR Business Partner for a diverse engineering population in Singapore, you will provide HR business support in a key and strategic location, by developing and implementing HR strategies that are aligned to business goals.
- Actively contribute to business strategy, delivery and decisions; and ensure that HR issues and consequences are considered at the earliest possible point in business decision making
- Provide implementation support to step change and/or continuous improvement practices in organization design or change management / teambuilding activities
- Workforce planning including talent management, succession planning and keep good account of our people skills
- Coach and advise the business leaders in shaping the leadership skills/competence that is required for the business
- Actively involved in recruitment activity by selecting and interviewing employees to find the right fit for the jobs
- Employee retention by being able to listen to the ground and put forth retention strategy for the business
- Provide advice and consultancy to line managers on people management topics including performance management, disciplinary and grievances
- Deliver HR projects, and implements policies and actions in the areas of responsibility
- Ensure HR solutions are delivered for full employee life cycle from onboarding to exit clearance
- Act as role model for the values of the company and personally demonstrate behavior consistent with a culture

The ideal person must be hands-on, assertive, committed, customer oriented, go-getter and collaborator who has at least 7-10 years of relevant HR experience. Possess Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or its equivalent.
