**Key Responsibilities**
- To develop the strategy of in-flight connectivity and the connected cabin, which includes
- Key Focal: responsible for the in-flight connectivity strategy, product and roadmap
- Ideate & implement in-flight connectivity products & features to enhance the customer experience
- In-flight connectivity reliability monitoring and usage through data analytics
- Continual improvements to in-flight connectivity customer satisfaction (CSAT) performance through data analytics
- In-flight connectivity competitor benchmarking
- Connectivity vendor/contract/invoicing management
- Develop and roll out inflight Wi-Fi service offerings for product leadership and to elevate the customer experience
- Drives cabin product and inflight connectivity innovation, conduct technology & product market research and competitive benchmarking to identify trends, gaps and opportunities to maintain SIA’s product leadership and competitiveness
- Conducts technology & product market research and competitive benchmarking to identify trends, gaps and opportunities to maintain SIA’s product leadership and competitiveness
- Manage Inflight Entertainment and Connectivity product patents and Trademarks

**Requirements**:

- Possess a good bachelors degreee
- Be tech savvy and has interest in keeping up with evolving technologies
- Has interest in, or has experience in analysing data and numbers
- Has passion for innovation and product ideation & development
- Has experience in managing projects
- Possess strategic thinking, innovative mindset and a flair for product conceptualisation
- Strong numeracy, analytical skills and digital competency
- Able to problem solve proactively
