The Cloud and Technology Communication and Training Specialist is responsible for planning, managing, and executing communication, marketing, and training plans. Participating in various projects as a workstream member and can translate gained information into end-to-end user experience, including customer-focused awareness programs, communications, marketing, and reference. Also exhibiting excellent attention to detail and demonstrate a high level of proficiency in oral and written communications. The specialist is also responsible for understanding the training needs of the organization and creates and executes training plans for the given region.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Create communication and marketing content for assigned projects and operations
- Plan and host workshops and deliver end-user trainings
- Determine appropriate channels to share information with end-users
- Create videos, marketing collaterals and other user training content
- Continuously looking to challenge and suggest improvements to overall client experience deliverables per current trends
- Continuously analyze and challenge end to end process, make recommendations and perform changes as required

**Education Minimum Requirement**:

- BSc Degree or equivalent with relevant experience in corporate communications, marketing, and technology training, or equivalent.

**Required Experience and Skills**:

- Fluency in English Reading/Writing/ Speaking
- Demonstrated record of proficiency and effectiveness in creating written, customer-focused communications, content editing and proofreading
- Ability to communicate complex, technical & non-technical information in a clear, concise manner
- Strong collaboration skills and experience of working with cross-functional team globally, both business clients and IT, at all levels
- Experience with creation and delivery of end-user trainings
- Good understanding of IT solutions, SDLC, Cloud computing
- Good understanding of HTML
- Interest in marketing, current trends in communications and channels, and user experience
- Creative and innovative thinking, proactive approach, sound organizational skills and good team player
- Knowledge on AWS, Azure
- Photoshop CC or similar tool
- Video making & editing experience
- Project Management Experience
