SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on payroll processing. This role ensures accurate and timely salary payments, maintains employee records, and assists in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, leave management, and employee support.
This role will be based in Tuas, Singapore, reporting to HR Business Partner.
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for queries, supporting employees and colleagues.- Handle payroll tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with tax and labor laws.- Manage employee records, onboarding, offboarding, and contract updates.- Assist with recruitment, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.- Supports the HR team on matters related to improvement, efficiency, consolidation of general HR practices.

Qualification:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing payroll.- Fluent in English and other languages will be an added advantage.
