Day to day HR operation and administrative support.
- Administer staff attendance, leave benefits, staff welfare
- Assists in employee queries regarding claims, benefits, and procedures.
- Prepare and coordinate employee on-boarding/off-boarding process.
- Assists in creating training materials and e-learning guides.
- Maintain and update employee training records.
- Plan and coordinate recreation and events activities
- Manage office inventory, update, and maintain records.
- Backup for all other HR/admin support function
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

- **Minimum Degree **holder in Human Resource Management / Business or related
- **Welcome Fresh Graduates - Training Provided**:

- **Mandarin speaking**:

- work related
- Positive attitude, fast learner
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS office
- **5 days work **week (Bugis - near MRT)
- Salary up to $3000
