Inside is a HRMS that optimises workforce management with smart scheduling, compliance automation, and an employee hub. From real-time operational insights to seamlessly integrated attendance modules, Inside ensures efficient operations and a detailed understanding of what's happening on the ground. Our flagship product, Outside, is a staffing platform that provides hotels and attractions with reliable and compliant shift workers while providing a seamless experience from sourcing, hiring, managing and paying.

With both Inside and Outside, we strive to transform businesses into agile, compliant, and engaging workplaces, enhancing operational efficiency and guest experiences.

We are seeking motivated Business Development Interns to join our team. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will have the opportunity to contribute to business expansion, forge partnerships, and gain hands-on experience in the vibrant HR tech space. The Business Development intern will have to be outspoken and able to communicate well with stakeholders, understanding their problems and how we can add value to them.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Carry out a wide range of business support and coordination activities for the day-to-day operations of the company.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling sales materials and presentations.
- Assist in preparing proposals and pitch decks for client meetings.
- Analysing current customers demands, driving more revenue resources to the business, and increasing profits.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.
- **This role includes the possibility of extension for a part-time role or conversion to a full-time role.

**Learning Outcomes and Objectives**
- Hands-on experience in business development within a fast-growing tech startup.
- Exposure to the HR tech industry and its dynamics in Singapore.
- Acquire experience and skills in Sales Strategy, Business Planning and Operations.
- Work closely with the management team on business growth and operations.

**Requirements**:

- Based in Singapore.
- Able to commit and work on site throughout the period of May - August (Summer break).
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Interest in HR tech and the startup ecosystem.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and prior experience in relevant work is a plus.

**Job Types**: Temporary, Internship, Fresh graduate, Student job
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $1,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
