Objective:
Perform a wide range of office administration and inside sales support duties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Office administration that includes front desk duties, mail sorting and distribution, pantry management, meeting room management, and office maintenance etc.
- Accounting administration that includes scanning of supplier invoices, petty cash management, GST reporting support etc.
- Inside sales admin support that includes documents preparation and issuance, acting as a liaison with customer, RMA processing, and shipments coordination and follow-up.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by Manager

**Requirements**:

- Diploma qualification with 2 years of relevant sales admin experience
- Experienced in receptionist/front desk duties in an office setting
- Knowledge and experience in Accounts Payable and import/export logistics.
- Good communication skills and ability to deal with people of varied levels in an organization
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft office, word, excel and PPT.
