**Position Overview**
We’re hiring a hands-on **Food Manufacturing Supervisor**to oversee daily production and quality operations. This role is ideal for someone with a background in food science who’s eager to grow with a company redefining how the world feeds dogs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Production Oversight**: Supervise and participate in the daily production of freeze-dried dog food.
- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain high product standards and ensure compliance with all food safety protocols.
- **Process Improvement**: Support initiatives to boost efficiency, consistency, and productivity.
- **Inventory Control**: Manage raw materials, packaging, and finished goods inventory.
- **Team Collaboration**: Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth, timely workflows.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Uphold GMP, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Passion for dogs and interest in pet health
- Diploma or degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
- Prior experience in food production (internship or industry role preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accountability
- Clear communicator and team player
- Eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
