**Job Summary:
As a Food Food Production Supervisor in our factory, you'll lead the team to make sure we produce top-quality food safely and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead the Team**:Manage and support production staff.
- **Plan Production**:Schedule production to meet orders and inventory.
- **Ensure Quality**:Make sure products meet safety and quality standards.
- **Maintain Equipment**:Keep machines running smoothly and safely.
- **Safety First**:Enforce safety and hygiene rules.
- **Manage Inventory**:Keep track of ingredients and supplies.
- **Monitor Performance**:Keep an eye on production numbers and quality.
- **Solve Problems**:Address issues quickly and find solutions.
- **Train Staff**:Help new hires learn their roles and responsibilities.
- **Improve Processes**:Look for ways to make production better and more efficient.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience supervising food production is a must.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in food production.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and production management.
- Flexible schedule.
