Key areas of focus - include but are not limited to:

- Supporting in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics and scheduling.
- Supporting with administrative matters relating to events for New Bahru.
- Conducting research to identify potential vendors, venues, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Helping to manage event registration processes and communicate with attendees.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure all event details are organized and executed smoothly.
- Providing on-site support and coordination during events.
- Assisting in post-event evaluations and reporting, gathering feedback for future improvements.

Requirement:

- 5 day work week
- Will have to be present onsite during events if it falls on weekends
