IT Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing and providing technical support (Computer, network, printer, audio visual, mobile device and etc) to users
- Conduct daily health checks on systems, promptly addressing any identified issues
- Document and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and IT policies
- Proactively monitor IT contracts to ensure timely renewal

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
- Willingness to occasionally work or provide IT & AV support for classes and events during afternoon shifts (12-9pm) and weekends
- Good communications and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact professionally with all levels
- Highly motivated with the ability to promptly address IT issues
- Willing to acquire new technological skills to support our organization's IT digitalization program
- Perform any other tasks/duties and ad-hoc projects/initiatives as and when assigned by the Superior/Management
