Position Summary

The Regional Talent Acquisition Lead, covering the Southeast Asia & Oceania (SEAO) Region, will be responsible for overseeing the overall recruitment in the Regional Office located in Singapore, as well as building a strong talent pipeline for key posts in the 11 countries under the region and managing the country recruiting teams.

Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee the full recruitment life cycle of all sales, marketing & corporate roles in the regional office located in Singapore
- Plan and execute recruitment channel strategy based on strong recruitment data analysis and KPI management of Recruiters & Recruitment Coordinators in the region
- Build up Employer Brand & manage annual graduate recruitment via digital branding, campus engagement initiatives etc
- Drive efficient recruitment process using Workday Recruiting Module and also by spearheading recruitment process innovation
- Manage service level and performance of agency for outsourced employees
- Process and analyze manpower and workforce related data, for data visualization and future workforce requirements.

Skills and Qualifications
- Degree holder with 12-15 years of in-depth resourcing and talent acquisition experience gained in a fast growing and dynamic environment
- Experience in a strategic, regional talent acquisition lead role will be preferred
- Experience in market talent mapping in IT, Consumer Electronics and FMCG industries will be preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach to navigate complexities and build relationship across multiple platforms
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Talent Search is essential
- Proficiency in Workday is an added advantage
